Information you submit through this site is not secured and not covered by medical confidentiality laws. Do not submit any confidential information through this site.

If you use PayPal to purchase products through this site, that transaction is governed by PayPal's Privacy Policy and User Agreement. We receive no credit card or bank account information from PayPal regarding your transaction.
